Deze site is in het engels omdat de meeste bezoekers uit Amerika komen. Maar ik snap heel goed, zeker wanneer je net begint, dat dat helemaal ingewikkeld wordt!

Wat vind je op deze pagina?
Op deze pagina vind je snijbestanden / plotterbestanden voor je plotter.
Of je nu een Silhouette cameo curio portrait hebt, een Cricut of een ander snijmachine, de bestanden zijn met vele soorten software te openen.
De bestanden worden getest in Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, Sure Cuts a Lot, Make the Cut en Inkscape.
Ook vind je op deze pagina extra uitleg bij de bestanden.

Waar kan ik de bestanden kopen?
Je kunt de snijbestanden / plotterbestanden kopen in mijn Etsy shop http://dutchsvgdesigns.etsy.com. Het voordeel is dat je met Ideal kunt betalen.
Heb je een speciaal verzoek, neem dan gerust contact me me op. Dat kan via de Etsy shop maar natuurlijk ook weer via facebook.

Some notes to prevent misunderstandings.

Cutting files: 
Once again I have to ask to read the description and FAQ!!!
The files you buy are cutting files and ready to cut (SVG, DXF, Studio3 and EPS).
The JPG and PNG files are traceable files which means they are black and white.
The JPG and PNG files are colored if that is written in the description, I also refer to a picture to see what color it is.
I don't sell printables.

Sometimes you also see an example of what you could make. I will always let you know what is included.
So if I write that a background, font or text is NOT included, it is NOT included! 
It is as simple as that.
Please, please, please, read what you buy because I won't give refunds.

Refunds:
Once the file is downloaded I am not able to give refunds.
Why?
Because there are too many people asking for a refund. They bought the file, said they couldn't use it or something like that and wanted a refund.
When I first started my shop I wanted happy customers and gave refunds. At one point I was suspicious and I searched the shop and there it was, my file on a t-shirt. I have also had that on a individual facebook page.
Then I thought there were many people that just wanted a free file...
I searched on Etsy and all shops selling digital downloads, don't give refunds.
But if you have any problem with one of my files, please let me know, I am always happy to help! A screenshot might help even better.

Terms of Use:

- The files may only be used for personal use, small commercial use or charity
- The files or part of the files may not be shared or given
- The files or part of the files may not be sold
- The files or part of the files may not be uploaded to any site

I have internet too and I have many accounts. I just have to use google and I sometimes find my files shared for free...

Please respect every designer, respect the copyright and respect the TOU. 

To design a file really takes a lot of time.

The person didn't know which font to choose so I decided to list all 3 of them.

How to use the files you download in my shop

I get many questions about the files and most of them are about the files giving errors so I will explain how to use them.

After buying a file in my shop you are able to download a zipfile.
It's important that you unzip (extract) the zipfile to be able to use the files.
After unzipping you see 8 files or more. (depending on the file you bought)

Included are: SVG, EPS, DXF, JPG, PNG, Studio3, an example and a textfile with information.

More than 2 months ago since my last post...
I have had health issues since 8 months and it looks like it's going the right way now and I am sooo happy!
I was able to make some new files the last couple of months and I really enjoyed it!

I will try to update this blog more often and I will edit the blog sections so it will be easier to navigate from now on.
