PLEASE READ

Some notes to prevent misunderstandings.

Cutting files: 
Once again I have to ask to read the description and FAQ!!!
The files you buy are cutting files and ready to cut (SVG, DXF, Studio3 and EPS).
The JPG and PNG files are traceable files which means they are black and white.
The JPG and PNG files are colored if that is written in the description, I also refer to a picture to see what color it is.
I don't sell printables.

Sometimes you also see an example of what you could make. I will always let you know what is included.
So if I write that a background, font or text is NOT included, it is NOT included! 
It is as simple as that.
Please, please, please, read what you buy because I won't give refunds.

Refunds:
Once the file is downloaded I am not able to give refunds.
Why?
Because there are too many people asking for a refund. They bought the file, said they couldn't use it or something like that and wanted a refund.
When I first started my shop I wanted happy customers and gave refunds. At one point I was suspicious and I searched the shop and there it was, my file on a t-shirt. I have also had that on a individual facebook page.
Then I thought there were many people that just wanted a free file...
I searched on Etsy and all shops selling digital downloads, don't give refunds.
But if you have any problem with one of my files, please let me know, I am always happy to help! A screenshot might help even better.

Terms of Use:

- The files may only be used for personal use, small commercial use or charity
- The files or part of the files may not be shared or given
- The files or part of the files may not be sold
- The files or part of the files may not be uploaded to any site

I have internet too and I have many accounts. I just have to use google and I sometimes find my files shared for free...

Please respect every designer, respect the copyright and respect the TOU. 

To design a file really takes a lot of time.
